During sound healing sessions I apply a variety of sound instruments and tools. Including and not limited to: Solfeggio frequency tuning forks, weighted tuning forks, drums, rattles, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, vocals. Breathwork and imagery is interwoven.
